Dabai a.k.a Kurma Sarawak

     
DABAI is a native fruit of Sarawak harvested by local natives and sold it in the native market. It can only be found in SIBU. The external colour of DABAI is black while the fresh of the fruit is yellow in colour. The seed in the centre is yellow and diamond in shape as shown in the picture on the left. You can only eat the seed if you can crack open the seed.
rupanya seakan2 buah kurma tp x manis..cuma rasanya lemak..sedap tau..cara mmasaknya,rendam n rebus dlm air panas,yg betul2 panas..cuba rasa dgn jari dulu sama ada panas atau tidak sblm mrendamkan nya..hehehe,kalau mlecur,x tanggung..:)..biarkan sampai beberapa minit..n cek sama ada dh lembut atau belum isinya..enak dmkn begitu saja bsulamkan nasi..cecah sdikit garam atau kicap..leh gak dibuat jeruk..
